Final Day 17

The girls drove us right to the port in Germany. There we were really lucky, because the ferry was just about to leave. We asked the captain if we could come on the ferry, we don't have a ticket though but we're on a school project. He told us to enter and then we could explain her the project. She liked the idea and we got across to Switzerland for free and still had the money we earned yesterday! It was around 11 o'clock and we could only use the trains after 7pm, so we decided to hitchhike through the small villages in Switzerland. After 2 lifts and quite a bit of marching we arrived in Wil at 5pm. There we slept in the waiting area until our train arrived 19:10! Because I lost my wallet in England, I of course didn't have my Gleis 7 with me and they gave me a fine of 125Fr. I will probably not have to pay though, because I wrote an e-mail with an explanation to the office. In Zürich our Manuel and I split up and we arrived back home around 9pm. Safe, happy, not hungry, and with many many great memories and experiences!
